Aged in new (25%) and seasoned French oak barrels for 10 months. Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Displaying a perfumed like intensity, aromas of violets, red cherries, strawberries and anise blossom out the glass. Fresh herb and subtle spicy cedar notes ensue. Delicious red cherry and winter strawberry fruit meld with subtle notions of anise, fresh herbs and spice. Supple feel with polished tannins and bright acidity. Concludes long, moreish and elegant.
