2023 Coulter Wines C6 Gamay

Thirty percent whole bunch fermented. Semi translucent red colour with a vibrant light red hue. Fragrant raspberry jube, red cherry and violet scents fill the nostrils with hints of clove, incense and spicy earth also evident. Light and supple across the palate with red raspberry and red cherry fruit to the fore. Infusions of fresh herbs, earth and spice lie underneath. Fresh acidity and polished tannins with an energetic red fruited finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
