2023 Coulter Wines C3 Pinot Noir

Fermented with 30% whole bunch fruit. Semi translucent bright red colour with a light red hue. Alluring violet, red cherry and strawberry scents drift through the nostrils with plenty of intensity followed by some anise, forest floor and fresh herb notes. Delicious red to dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours glide across the palate with a supple feel. Delicate forest floor and infusions of fresh herbs lie underneath. Velvet smooth tannins with a silken feel to the long moreish conclusion that exudes freshness.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
