Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Drifting out of the glass are attractive scents of white peach and dried honey which are interwoven with hints of crème brulee and biscuity nougat notes. Light in body flavours of white peach and citrus are underscored by fresh energetic acidity. Subtle dried honey and nougat elements lie underneath. Faintly creamed it finishes vibrant and elegant.
