2023 Clyde Park Pinot Noir

Dark red core with black toned edges and a red to dark red tinged hue. Perfumed aromas of violets, red cherries and strawberries sail out of the glass followed by hints of anise, clove and brambly cedar. Light and elegant in body, red to dark cherry and wild strawberry fruits are underpinned by tangy like acidity with some forest floor, infusions of fresh herbs and spice also apparent. Fine grained tannins with an energetic feel to the savoury mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
