Sleek, vibrant, fruit driven Yarra Valley Pinot Noir.
Aged for 6 months in seasoned French oak. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a vibrant red hue. Fragrant violet, red to dark cherry and wild strawberry scents blossom out of the glass with some anise, fresh herb and spice notes also evident. Delicious strawberry, cherry and raspberry fruits line what is a sleek palate with infusion of fresh herbs and spicy anise in the background. Polished tannins and brisk acidity with a juicy mid length conclusion.
