Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lime, citrus and red apple aromas fill the nostrils with some talc, orange rind and steely mineral notes also evident. The intensely flavoured palate is awash with a concentrate of lime and citrus fruits that show terrific textural volume. Subtle orange rind, talc and steely mineral elements lie underneath. Crisp mouth watering acidity with a long scrumptious finish.
