Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Ripe blackcurrant and liquorice aromas intermix with tobacco, spicy dried herb and earth notes. Rich blackcurrant and spicy dark cherry fruits greet the mid weighted palate with notions of dried herbs and earthy tobacco sitting in the background. Slightly chalky, dry tannins and mildly bright acidity with a savoury conclusion.
