2023 Barringwood Pinot Noir

Light, fresh and elegant with a delicate flavour profile.

Red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Perfumed like nose with aromas of violet, red to dark cherry and strawberry flowing through the nostrils. Subtle brambly rhubarb like notes, forest floor and dried herbs ensue. Light, fresh and elegant the palate has a delicate flavour profile of red cherries and winter strawberries which intermesh with hints of bramble, forest floor and spicy dried herbs. Possessing refined tannins and energetic acidity it finishes light, savoury and eloquent.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
