Sourced from the Adelaide Hills (55%) and McLaren Vale (45%) with fermentation and maturation taking place in neutral French oak barriques on lees for a period of 5 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a glimmer of green skirting the edges and a watery hue. Drifting from the glass are aromas of white peach, nectarine and dried honey which are followed by subtle cashew and nougat notes. Rich, fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits are delivered with ample intensity and a delicately creamed feel. Dried honey and spice characters lie underneath. Long beautifully shaped finish.
