2023 3 Drops Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinged outskirts. Nosing offers up piercing scents of lemon, lime and Granny Smith apple which are interwoven with wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Mouth watering lime and citrus fruits carry a crunchy feel with some orange rind, wet steel and flinty mineral characters lingering underneath. Excellent concentration and textural volume with zippy acidity and a long intense finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
