Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nectarine, green apple and subtle grapefruit aromas are trailed by delicate gun flint notes. Light, elegant and fresh, nectarine and grapefruit flavours overlay a green apple and faint biscuity oak back drop. Crisp acidity with a delicately smoked and flinty finish.
