2023 Yokel Rose
Grenache from the Swan Valley is hand-harvested, destemmed, and left on the skins for a day. It's then gently pressed into amphora and oak, aged in a concrete egg called a Bacon, and bottled with a touch of sulfur once it's dry. Not only does Yokel taste fantastic, but each bottle also contributes positively to the world by channeling profits from every sale toward supporting the Western Swamp Tortoise, Yokel's cherished mascot.
A pretty rosé with notes of rose hips, grapefruit and strawberries. Pale and refreshingly crisp with a light to medium body and a dry and zesty finish. Drink and enjoy.
