2022 Weaver Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with highlights of green around the edges. Herbaceous grassy scents intermingle with some passionfruit, green apple, lime, asparagus and flinty mineral notes. The scrumptious palate is intensely flavoured with green apple, passionfruit and lime fruits with some wet stone elements lying underneath. Finishes dry with some herbaceous characters evident on the long racy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
