Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red purple tinged hue. Fragrant violet, red cherry and winter strawberry scents drift out of the glass closely followed by hints of rhubarb, dried herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar. Light in body the fresh, elegant palate features red cherry and winter strawberry fruits over infusions of fresh herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar. Fine grained tannins finishing with energetic acidity and a refined mid length aftertaste.
