Bright yellow straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated peach and yellow nectarine aromas mix with hints of toast, bees wax and spicy quince. Light and very dry yet possessing a textural mid palate, dried pear, quince and nectarine fruits interact with subtle oily toast, salted almond and spicy bees wax like characters. Brisk acidity with a lingering salted almond like character across the mid length finish.

Waxy, textural, floral and full of spice. Aromas of honeysuckle, lanolin, citrus blossoms, jasmine, preserved lemons, white vermouth and salted nuts. The palate is mid-weighted and textural, with slight phenolic grip and a rounded mouthfeel carried by a fine line of acidity, a salty finish and plenty of fruit concentration. Delicious. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
