2022 Vincent Mothe Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with green toned edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and green apple aromas mix with hints of dried honey, wet stone and fresh herb notes. Delicious pear, lime and red apple fruits carry a nicely rounded textural feel with wet slate, fresh herb and mineral elements lingering underneath. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a long wet slate and mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
