Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, red apple skin and lime are trailed by subtle wet stone notes. Nicely rounded in the mouth with red apple, pear skin and lime flavours leading the way. Traces of pineapple and slatey saline like characters linger underneath. Brisk acidity finishing dry with a saline minerality weaving its way through the energetic conclusion.
