2022 Vagnoni Vernaccia di San Gimignano

Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Attractive pear and lime aromas are complimented by some green apple, Mediterranean herb and slatey mineral notes. Crunchy lime, green apple and pear fruits are enlivened by snappy acidity with infusions of fresh herbs, wet stone and flinty mineral characteristics lining the back half. Excellent fruit weight and textural volume. Long dry, zippy saline like finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
