Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Pear and fresh lime aromas mix with Granny Smith apple and slatey mineral notes. Racy lime and green apple flavours carry an energetic feel with infusions of fresh herbs and minerally saline like characters lurking underneath. Dry steely like finish with a crisp, edgy aftertaste.
