A certified organic blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre matured for 10 months in seasoned French oak. Deep dark red black tinged core with a vibrant dark purple hue. Pronounced dark raspberry, plum and red liquorice scents and delivered with plenty of intensity followed by some dried herb, earth and pepper notes. Rich juicy raspberry, plum and red liquorice fruits are underpinned by fresh acidity. Sitting in the background are subtle fennel, earth and peppered herb elements. Slightly chalky tannins with an energy loaded red to dark fruited finish.
