2022 Te Whare Ra TWR Sauvignon Blanc

Ten percent barrel fermented. Brilliant water like core with highlights of green skirting the edges. Leaping from the glass is a pungent mix of ripe gooseberry, passionfruit and lime scents followed by some herbaceous grassy notes. Mouth watering passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus flavours drive the palate with some delicate stony mineral and herbaceous grassy characters lying underneath. Dry crisp finish with racy acidity and a long elegant aftertaste.
