2022 Te Mania Sauvignon Blanc

Certified organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy and asparagus top notes mix with gooseberry, citrus and delicate pencil led scents. The mouth watering palate is a fusion of herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit, grassy asparagus characters and subtle stony mineral elements. Nicely shaped it finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long herbaceous grassy and asparagus infused aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
