2022 Still Moon Heathcote Syrah

25-30% whole bunch fermentation with maturation taking place in a mix of French (20% new) and American oak (5-7% new). Midnight black dark purple heart with a bright dark purple hue. Lifted dark plum and liquorice scents intermingle with blueberry, subtle clove, fennel and pepper notes. Rich juicy dark plum, liquorice and ripe blueberry fruits are interwoven with vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth characters. Fleshy texture with polished tannins and a youthfully vibrant succulent blue fruited finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
