Certified organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of green apple and lime are followed by hints of pear with some spicy notes also evident. Delicious ripe pear and red apple fruits drive the palate with some wet stone characters lying underneath. Slippery textural feel finishing dry with brisk acidity and a delicately spice aftertaste.
