Deep purple red colour with a bright purple hue. Jumping out of the glass are ripe dark raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry scents which are complimented by some earthy incense like notes and spice. Succulent dark raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry fruits are delivered with impressive intensity and richness. Subtle scorched earth and peppered dried herb characters also chime in. Gorgeously layered across the palate it has a juicy textural feel and velvety tannins. Finishes fresh and seductively long.
