Matured in French oak for 10 months. Semi translucent red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant red cherry, violet and strawberry scents blossom out of the glass with a perfumed like intensity followed by a mix of fresh herb, forest floor and spicy cedar notes. Light in body the palate is both fresh and supple in its feel with red cherry and strawberry fruits melding into a subtle back drop of anise, forest floor, infusions of fresh herbs and spicy cedar. Polished tannins lead into an elegant red fruited finish.
