2022 Sidewood Chardonnay

Matured in French oak for 10 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nectarine and pear aromas mix with hints of honeydew melon, biscuity oak and delicate spice. Pear, melon and nectarine fruits are delivered with excellent concentration and possess a nicely rounded textural feel across the palate. Biscuity oak and gun flint elements lie underneath. Finishes fresh, long and supple.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
