Structured and densely packed aromas black olive tapenade, cured meat, violets, dried herbs, Damson plums and a savory undertone. The palate is full-bodied with fine tannins and a tactile, succulent edge that gives layers of dark chocolate, salt bush and blue fruit. So well balanced and savory, with a lovely, meaty perfume. Drink or hold. Will age really well.
