Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Filling the nose are lifted aromas of ripe pear, Jonathan apple, honeycomb and quince. Lusciously fruited and well rounded in its feel, the palate features pear, baked apple and honeycomb flavours over a musk and spicy quince back drop. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity lending a lick of freshness to the otherwise generously textured and spicy aftertaste.
