Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Delightful lime, red apple, orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas fill the nostrils with hints of mandarin and minerals also evident. Racy lime and red apple flavours overlay a mineral infused back drop of mandarin and honeysuckle. Finishes dry with a burst of zingy acidity on the long flinty mineral laced conclusion.
