2022 See Saw Balance Pinot Noir

Certified organic. Semi translucent bright red to dark red core with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Aromas of red cherry intermix with more subtle rhubarb and anise like notes with some forest floor and spicy dried herbs also present. Light and juicy the palate features red to dark cherry fruits over delicate anise, dried herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar. Fine grained tannins combine with fresh acidity to form an elegant and energetic red fruited finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

Sparkler flint reduction, this wine benefits from a swift decant. Underneath, you'll find bilberries, boysenberries and black summer cherries. Purple shiso leaf, sage and cubeb peppercorns. Energetic black fruit is met with a filigree of fine tannins interwoven into the body of the wine. Great flavour length and an assertive pinot noir for the region. Wonderful value for money. Drink by 2028.
