Certified organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with glimpses of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of peach, lime and green apple emerge with some flinty mineral elements also evident. Zippy peach, nectarine and green apple fruits overlay a flinty mineral back drop. Fresh and crunchy it has crisp acidity and a zesty finish.
