Whilst San Moro’s reds get most of the attention, their zingy Fiano also merits special attention. Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated aromas of pear, lime and green apple infused with Mediterranean herbs flow through the nostrils followed by some wet slate notes. Mouth watering lime and green apple fruits have a slippery yet racy feel across the palate with infusions of fresh herbs and slatey mineral elements lying underneath. Crisp saline like acidity. Finishes dry, zesty and long.
