Rusden wines are produced by Christian Canute, who grew up on their Vine Vale vineyard, known for its deep white sand over red clay soil. Christian's family believes Vine Vale is the most versatile and consistent grape-growing area in the Barossa Valley, yielding wines with unique fruit-driven character, balance, and structure. Christian and his parents grafted a block of dry-grown Trebbiano (planted next to a chook shed) to Zinfandel, quickly making it a favorite among their mailing list subscribers.
