Certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and dried honey intermix with biscuity oak, almond and gun flint notes. Nicely fleshed the mid weighted palate features white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours over roasted almond and citrusy nougat characters. Finishes dry with a subtle cream tinged mid length aftertaste.
