Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish toned edges and a watery hue. Elevated ripe pear and baked apple scents draped with honeysuckle rise out of the glass followed by hints of musk and quince. Rich mouth filling flavours of ripe pear, baked apple and honeysuckle have a luscious textural feel with quince and ginger spice in the background. Off dry finish with nicely balanced acidity and a long generously weighted, succulently fruited conclusion.
