Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Filling the nostrils are aromas of nectarine, pear and bees wax followed by hints of lemon butter and gun flint. Mid weighted with a well fleshed yet vibrant feel, the palate features nectarine, pear and dried honey flavours over a background of delicate toast, lemon butter and spice. Fresh lemony acidity with a subtle creamy edge to the lengthy finish.
