Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Initially restrained, the nose offers up fresh lychee and grapefruit aromas which intermix with citrus, quince and flinty mineral notes. More forward than the nose, the palate features luscious pear, lychee and honeysuckle flavours over a back drop of subtle musk and delicate ginger characters. Finishes dry with fresh acidity lending energy to the long generously textured and spicy finish.
