Brilliant water like core with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Intense lime and lemon aromas flood the nostrils with some orange rind, talc and light mineral notes also evident. Scrumptious lemon and lime zest flavours drive the palate with crunchy acidity providing both focus and tension. Finishes dry with orange rind, subtle wet steel and chalky mineral characters also making an appearance. Long zippy aftertaste.
