Impenetrable inky black colour with a deep bright dark purple red hue. Pronounced freshly crushed dark cherry and liquorice aromas are married to incense, inky earth and spicy fresh herb notes. Energised by crunchy acidity inky dark cherry and liquorice fruits sit over infusions of fresh herbs and incense. Slightly chalky tannins with a very bright dark fruited aftertaste.
