2022 Reed Knife Edge Shiraz

Includes one third whole bunch fruit with maturation taking place in old French oak barrels. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted plum and liquorice scents infused with dried clove are trailed by vanillin cedar, smoked meats and pepper. Rich, fleshy textured plum and liquorice fruits flood the mouth underscored by infusion of dried clove, smoky vanillin cedar and peppered meats. Fresh lively acidity and polished tannins with an elegant and savoury conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
