Brilliant water like core with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Lime, green pear and Granny Smith apple scents are trailed by stony mineral notes. Racy lime, pink grapefruit and green apple fruits are underscored by crisp, laser like acidity with some flinty mineral nuances lingering through the back half. Good concentration finishing very dry and zippy.
