2022 Precious Little Macclesfield Gruner Veltliner

Sourced from a vineyard nestled between the Adelaide Hills hamlets of Lobethal and Charleston, this pristine Gruner Veltliner that’s brimming with flavour was hand harvested and whole bunch pressed with a small portion fermented in oak to add complexity.
Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced pear, red apple and lime aromas intermix with wet stone and fresh herb notes. Mouth watering pear, green apple and lime fruits drive the palate with terrific intensity. Infusions of fresh herbs and wet slate lie underneath. Beautifully rounded river stone like texture finishing dry with crisp acidity and a long scrumptious aftertaste.
