Dense inky black colour with a deep very dark red black tinged hue. Nosing reveals aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry infused with black olive and cigar box. Some tomato leaf, dried herb and spice notes are also evident. Rich blackcurrant and mulberry fruits are married to cigar box, dried herb, earthy black olive and subtle spicy tomato leaf like characters. Fleshy mid palate feel with a sturdy tannin structure lending firmness across the finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
