Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted lemon and lime scents drift from the glass followed by some Granny Smith apple, light talc and steely mineral notes. Refreshing lime juice and lemon fruits drive the palate with notions of green apple, wet steel and chalky mineral characters lying underneath. Taut and focused yet showing good intensity it finishes dry and steely with crunchy acidity.
