Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lime zest and green apple scents are trailed by lemon and flinty mineral notes. Racy green pear, lime and Granny Smith apple fruits are underpinned by zesty acidity. Nicely rounded on the mid palate it finishes dry, minerally and refreshingly crisp.
