A rich and quite plump Coonawarra Shiraz.
Aged in older French oak barriques and hogsheads for a period of 14 months. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Lifted dark plum and liquorice aromas mix with black cherry, vanillin earth and pepper notes. Rich and quite plump the palate is awash with ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits. Vanillin earth and pepper elements lie underneath. Velvety yet sturdy tannin structure with a long opulent conclusion.
