2022 Paracombe Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour. Fragrant pear, red apple and musk scents are followed by some light honeysuckle and spice. Luscious pear, red apple and lime fruits are underpinned by racy acidity which gives the finish a tangy feel. Subtle infusions of musk also make an appearance. Zesty mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
