Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of pear, lime and green apple have a distinct wet stone overlay with some fresh herb notes also evident. Delicious fleshy pear, lime and green apple fruits are underscored by zingy acidity with some stony mineral elements trailing off into the distance. Finishes dry with an invigorating freshness.
